We Are Making Changes!

Starting June 1st 2024, we will be changing over our Inventory Control and Point of Sale system. This will affect our web hosting and our Loyalty points program. What does this mean for you?

  • In store purchases are not affected. Our Lake Bonavista location remains open with our normal business hours.

  • The web store will be closed to purchases for a period of time. While there is a chance inventory will still be showing on the store, none of the items will be able to be able to purchased online, and there is a chance that stock levels will be inaccurate. If you wish to have something put on hold for in-store pickup, please call us at (587) 620-2406. We will be able to confirm the availability of the item(s) and our staff will gladly pull items for you to come and pick up in person. In the very near future, a new web store will be launched and web orders will once again be able to be placed for in-store pickup or for delivery.

  • Customer information and previously accrued Trade Credit will transfer over to the new system - you will be able to use your Trade Credit as before, and it will not be lost in the changeover.

  • Our current Loyalty Points Program will expire on June 30th 2024. All existing points must be redeemed before this date or they will be lost. We will continue with a new points program under the new provider. It will function exactly the same as our current program, but old points will not transfer.

  • We will also be phasing out the Birthday Discount at the end of 2024. This discount will be replaced with a rotating annual sale. If you wish to use a Birthday Discount between June 1st, 2024 and December 30th, 2024, please be aware that you will be required to provide photo ID that has your date of birth on it.
