1.1 Does this stuff work?
All Used Items are cleaned, tested, and warrantied against defect for 90 days.
1.2 Where Can I Pick up My Purchases?
When you purchase an item online but wish to pick it up in the store, you can choose that as your shipping option in the checkout process. By default, your items will be ready to be picked up at the Lake Bonavista Location (755 Lake Bonavista Drive SE).
1.3 Do you offer Curb-Side Pick Up?
Free Curb-Side Pick Up is available at the Lake Bonavista location only. Place your order online, and select Curb-Side Pick up as your shipping option (it will appear after you have provided your shipping address).
You will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready. Please wait for our email to confirm your order before you drive down to the Lake Bonavista location.
If you need assistance with a Curb-side order please call us at (587)620-2406 between 11am and 7pm. When you arrive in the parking lot, call our store (587)620-2406 and one of our friendly staff will bring your order out to you.
1.4 Can I use my in store account online?
No. In-Store accounts (including points and trade credit) are not integrated with the website. Please contact the store at (587)620-2406 if you need further assistance with your order.
1.5 Do you Deliver?
We are currently NOT offering same day Calgary City-wide delivery due to diminished demand. Instead we are shipping via Canada Post for $10 flat rate, you will receive your tracking number once we've processed your order.
1.6 Can I get a value for my trade items online?
Items for trade must be presented in person at Video Game Trader. Staff are not permitted to give an estimated trade value over the phone or online.
Trade credit can be held on your account for future purchases or added to a Video Game Trader gift card.
1.7 I Can't find the product I'm looking for!
If we don't have the item you are looking for in stock you can add your name to a waiting list by calling the store at (587)620-2406.
1.8 Are the photos on the website true to each individual item?
We use stock images for most of our inventory items but if you are a collector and wish to see specifics of individual items before you purchase them, contact us and we will be happy to send images for that item.
