Does this stuff work?

All Used Items are cleaned, tested, and warrantied against defect for 90 days.

 

Where Can I Pick up My Purchases?

When you purchase an item online but wish to pick it up in the store, you will be given that option in the checkout process. By default, you items will be ready to be picked up at the Lake Bonavista Location (755 Lake Bonavista Drive SE). If you wish to pickup your purchase from another location please contact us by phone (587)620-2406 or email [email protected]


Do you offer Curb-Side Pick Up?

Curb-Side Pick Up is available at the Lake Bonavista location only. Place your order online, and select Curb-Side Pick up option in the shopping cart. When you arrive in the parking lot, call our store (587) 620-2406 and one of our friendly staff will bring your order out to you.
Alternatively, you may place your order over the phone, and request curb-side pick up.

 

Can I get a value for my trade items online?

Items for trade must be presented in person at a Video Game Trader location. Staff are not permitted to give an estimated trade value over the phone or online.

Trade credit can be held on your account for future purchases or added to a Video Game Trader gift card.

 

I Can't find the product I'm looking for!

The Products you see online at videogametrader.ca are a representation of only the Lake Bonavista Location's stock levels. If you do not see what you're looking for, it's worth calling any of the locations for an inventory check of the other stores.

If we don't have the item you are looking for in stock you can add your name to a waiting list by calling any of our store locations.

 

Are the photos on the website true to each individual item?

We use stock images for most of our inventory items but if you are a collector and wish to see specifics of individual items before you purchase them, contact us and we will be happy to send images for that item.
