90 Day warranty on all items excluding brand new consoles (standard manufacturers warranty applies).
Warranty is against defect. Any warranty issue will be tested by the staff and will be repaired or a replacement of the same item will be given.
If repair or replacement are not available a full in store credit will be issued for the defective item.
Video Game Trader reserves the right to void the warranty if mis-use or malicious damage is suspected.
Warranty does not apply to Disc Resurfacing service.
NO CASH REFUNDS. IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
In the unlikely event that an item sells in the physical location and online simultaneously, the in store customer will be given priority.
Prices are based on local market and may change without notice.
Some items on the website may be designated as "In Store Pickup Only" and cannot be shipped due to their size, weight, or fragility. While we do welcome you to buy the items online to reserve them, you will be required to visit us in store to pick the item(s) up.
In general, no images on the website should be assumed to be the current item in stock. For example, if a console is listed as having "cosmetic damage," the actual damage to the console may differ from what is shown in the picture.
